"I loved the property itself and the location. The view from my balcony was stunning. The pool was nice but didn't open until 9:00 which is too late in my opinion. The staff I dealt with were great. I did, however, have a major problem with housekeeping. They took all the toiletries I had left on the sink, put them in the ziplock bag I had lying there, and put them on a shelf under the sink. They also took my toothbrush {nobody should ever touch another person's toothbrush) and rewrapped it in the fail I had lying there. In addition, I had a plastic bag on the table with my pretzels, chips, raisins, and money inside. They took everything out of the bag and then threw the plastic bag out as well as the chips which weren't empty. Kris, the night manager, was nice and treated me to a $50 resort credit and, most importantly, a new toothbrush. Needless to say, I will never stay at a hotel without leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door."
