The stairs and pathway to get down to the place are not ideal for older individuals with limited mobility as it can get slippery and we found the driveway very icy but that comes with the reality of living in New England. Couldn't get regular TV stations as noted in manual, but I'm technologically challenged.Huge amount of kitchen utensils and gadgets. Particularly nice was a good burr coffee grinder. We bring our own beans and usually have to use a hand grinder we bring along.Nice place convenient to the mountains."
