Our stay was for one night only, and we arrived at 10 PM. For what the hotel offers, it is quite expensive. Additionally, it was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. The room was also extremely cold, and we were freezing the entire night. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience.

Mostly a got the job done stay! No big complaints except for the fact that the pictures online don’t exactly look like the actual room/ bathrooms. Look a little more run down in real life. Didn’t rate the staff because did not interact with a single staff member during the stay. Not a bad thing- check in was easy and do it yourself! Location is great for mount snow and overall it was mostly clean.

Rooms are small. Really small. The girl behind the counter was hesitant to look up my room’s door lock passcode. She kept telling me to look for the email or text that I got when I did online check in. I was exhausted after a long day of traveling and snowboarding. Instead of just looking up the information she made me go thru my phone for 5 minutes. I wasn’t mad about it but I probably wouldn’t stay there again if I have options. I do like mount snow, I feel like they’re not a good hotel. And service wasn’t any good. If they weren’t next to a great mountain they would be out of business. Do could do way better for the price.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Loved the lounge. Hotel provided water, snake and yogurt for skiers. The only comment is for late check ins, please contact hotel early since there would be no one at front deck after 6pm. But overall we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed at the inn for two nights, family of four. There was no staff at the front desk during the stay, but a phone number to text is provided for queries. Overall the stay was average, basic breakfast in the morning and rooms are small. With a bit more hospitality my rating would have improved. Location is very convenient.

The Mountaineer is a great place to rest after a couple of days on the mountain. Staff is willing to help and answer questions to make your stay very comfortable. It’s clean and the fireplaces are wonderful. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Im very particular about hotels and lodging so I was worried after reading some of the reviews but I am pleased to say my expectations were exceeded. They have an online check-in process and when your room is ready, they send you detailed instructions and a code on how to access your room with a keypad. Ultimately it’s a contactless process but there was someone on site majority of the time during our 3 night stay at the Inn to help with guests needs. I am happy to report the room/bathroom itself were very clean and homey. I bring my own sheets and comforter but I’d feel comfortable to sleep on their sheets if I needed too. To add, the beds and pillows were nice and comfy. Although the Inn seemed fairly busy we had no issues whatsoever in terms of noise. One minor flaw was the room was smaller than expected- that being said we fit 4 adults, each with snowboard gear, in one room and made it work. The Inn also had tons of communal spaces to hang around in and utilize. They had complimentary snacks and a nice coffee machine. Location was great, it’s easy to get too, lots of dinning options, and walking distance to Mount Snow (but the Moo shuttle services also makes a stop at the Inn). Overall, we had a really great stay from the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff- I would stay here again and recommend to others!
