The stairs and pathway to get down to the place are not ideal for older individuals with limited mobility as it can get slippery and we found the driveway very icy but that comes with the reality of living in New England. "The house was great for our family vacation- ages four to eighty four. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 living spaces with TVs. The grill and dining deck aren’t immediately accessible from the kitchen as is off the upstairs rec room, but would work fine if planned ahead. Located in a quiet area in a natural lot but close to restaurants and within an hour of several attractions"

Kitchen pots/pans we're good quality and fine for small meals but missing basics like a spatula and knivesBathroom had insufficient towels, no shampoo and only 1 small soap. Property manager did not bring replacements when called. Vacasa was the manager "
