"I stayed in one of the Court Yard rooms which was nicely tucked away from the main areas. The room was beautifully set out with great facilities, including fridge & microwave. The bed was very comfortable & en suite clean. The only negative was the wait to get into the dining room for breakfast , but an extension is being built to provide a larger dining area in the future. "

"We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it. In the shower was a baked light bulb, and which blew while autistic son was showering and my dad had to come over and replace it. "Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional...
