Find All-inclusive Hotel in Guayacanes

"Room needs some maintenance. Phone was not working. The second i have stayed in that the phone was not working. I reported the situation in the hopes that it will get fixed but did not happen. The hairdryer was hanging by one nail so it was not totally secured on the wall. The clothes drawer had a musty smell. I have to say that the staff are professional and friendly. The reason why I come back to this place. Housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the bathroom. I would still go back and stay in this property regardless. I always had a wonderful time. It’s my third time around. I also have to mention- the restaurant reservation process can be improved. "

"Hidden Gem of a Resort – Fantastic Experience! I absolutely loved this resort! Its small size made for an intimate and relaxing experience, and everything about our stay was fantastic. Beach:
The beach was super clean, and while it was on the smaller side, you could easily venture off to other areas for a walk or swim. Great for snorkeling too! The rocks further out prevented seaweed from coming in, which made the water crystal clear and beautiful to swim in. We secured loungers before breakfast without any issues. The only downside was the frequent visits from sellers offering items and massages—it got a bit annoying after a while. Food & Drinks:
The buffet had an amazing variety and excellent quality, and the à la carte restaurants were just as great. The drinks were fantastic as well—definitely a highlight of our stay! Room:
Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was incredibly thorough—so much so that we only needed our room cleaned every other day. There were plenty of toiletries provided, and the AC was powerful and worked great. The only downside was the thin walls. We had some noise issues at night with other guests, and up until 10 PM, we could hear the show music quite clearly. Our room was close to the entertainment area, so if you're a light sleeper or traveling with kids, a room further away might be a better choice. Service & Staff:
