"When we got there, a staff member offered to show us around and wanted us to leave our bags in an unattended area where there were construction workers around. My husband told him that he didn’t want to leave our personal belongings there so he assumed that we had a fire arm in our luggage. "Beautiful beach. The room was spacious but towels in room were old and there were no facecloths. The air conditioner leaked, but they sent someone to fix it right away. The staff were courteous and friendly. There was a very relaxing vibe. Buffet had a variety of food to choose from for all 3 meals. A La carte Mexican Restaurant was very good. "

Nightmare on New Year's Eve

"This was an absolutely terrible experience. Upon arriving at the resort, the host never answered their phone to provide the apartment number. After flying all the way from the U.S., I was left with no place to stay. Despite having booked and fully paid for the reservation, the host refused to offer any explanation. I ended up spending nearly seven hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to secure alternative accommodations. This completely ruined my vacation and year-end plans, all because of an irresponsible, heartless, and selfish host who canceled the reservation without notifying either me or the platform. I had tried multiple times to contact the host in advance, but they never responded, even though the reservation was made over a month prior. I strongly advise against booking this listing, as the host's behavior was utterly unacceptable. No one should have to endure what I went through. "
