"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"We had a wonderful stay with our three teens. The location was excellent for day trips to Rome and for seeing the beautiful hill towns. Grocery and restaurants nearby. The beautiful house, pool and grounds provided us enough space to be together and to also find peace and quiet when we wanted! Gorgeous balcony on the upper level, very comfortable beds and bed linens, well-equipped kitchen. Owners and property manager could not have been kinder or easier to deal with.
