"Hi Isaac, The property is amazing, however there some issues we would like to point out: 1) the WiFi doesn't work. 2) about half the shower heads has no water pressure. 3) one of the four separate unit above the pool S.p.A. not have A/C. 4) the over at the pool-house does not work and shorts the power. 5) at least once a day the property looses power. We would appreciate you assistance, as we still have a few days left. Thanks "

"The flat is roomy, comfortable, and in a great location in the middle of the medieval part of Viterbo. Wonderful restaurants just across the street (including the best pizza in Viterbo- possibly Italy as far as I can tell). Nice grocer just a block away. The hostess is very nice and helpful. We had a great stay for over a week. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long visit. Thank you Elena!"

"Unless your sense of smell is limited please note the second bedroom is in the lowest leval/basement and it is continuously off gassing. If the door to the bedroom is closed completely the foul smell is not an issue. We absolutely loved the location and the owner is very easy to communicate with !
