"This property is Extremely Beautiful and so very very well maintained and clean. Our host and hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and a berry tort, delicious. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and beautiful. We were there for 1 week and totally enjoyed our selves. The home itself is very well equipped with whatever one would need. I could tell that attention to detail was the owners goal. Very lovely people and very lovely home."

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"Wonderful house in a beautiful medieval village up in the mountains. We stayed 9 nights and had a very relaxing experience. Excellent facilities with a large terrace offering terrific views of the area. Our host Maria was very helpful and at our disposal. There are some challenging mountain roads to come and go on but the reward of this house is worth the effort. We highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. "Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

"The house is very comfortable and beautifully furnished with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Manuela is the perfect host and welcomes you with all the information that you will need. Also wine and beer is waiting for you when you arrive. The nearest village is a lovely but steep walk away with great coffee. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay."
