"We had a wonderful time at this home. The house is very spacious, and nicely appointed. We also really enjoyed the town of Aurora. The only criticism is that there are 2 coffee pots in the main kitchen, neither of which worked, so we had to bring a pot down from one of the upstairs kitchens. And there are no oven mitts or pot holders in the house, and dish towels were not provided. Also in the description of the house it shows a lovely firepit down by the lake. The firepit did not exist. So that...

"This was my third visit to the Finger Lakes and by far my favorite rental. The cottage was adorable and tastefully furnished. Great living space indoors, out on the porch, and by the lake. Had a hiccup on arrival that was remediated by fast responsiveness with the owner. The area was also my favorite of all the lakes explored. You are within 15-20” of everything. I will definitely be recommending this cottage to friends and family!"

"Had a wonderful weekend trip with my boyfriend and our dog. Clean house with all of the amenities. Short ride to Aurora (cute small town) and 1/2 hour to Ithica (hiking and city). Corner store and a couple of wineries nearby. Would definitely stay again when we can use the lake, but enjoyed the sunsets and beautiful mornings. "

"Mike and Melissa were wonderful. Their house is beautiful and nicely updated. The upstairs guest room was far enough away from everyone else to feel like a relaxing escape from the rest of the family. The dock toys (floats) were fun and brand new. The space was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with bees and spiders but Mike was quick to get an exterminator. "

The second half bath was a bit of an overstatement since it was in a separate unheated outbuilding but was not an issue since there were only two of us. "
