"This place is FANTASTIC. Fabio and his family are amazing people. The view is absolutely amazing. You cannot get tired of it. Keep in mind that this place is out there. There is a 2 mile+. poorly maintained road that you need to take to arrive. Once you reach the house it is 57, steep steps to walk down to the house. You will get a workout staying here. "Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, obwohl wir ihn erst zur Abfahrt persönlich getroffen haben. Bei Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass ein Zimmer belegt war und nicht wie bei FE-Wo de beschrieben, 4 Zimmer zur Verfügung standen. Das war aber das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. "The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

"Das Objekt ist sehr zauberhaft, aber es steht am falschen Ort. Unterhalb verläuft die Hauptstraße und die Bahnlinie. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden."
