"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. "A great location, close to the city wall, historic town hall, and cathedral, but also on a quiet street with a good cafe on the corner. The proprietors were such nice people and very helpful. The room was large and had an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was European buffet style. Will certainly try here first when we return to Grosseto. "

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options.
