The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"Most amazing villa I ever been to. It’s absolutely perfect. Ricardo and Roberta are great hosts, providing everything from fresh fruits to travel tips. The villa is walking distance from a small village, very typical and non touristic. It is remote so expect at least 30 minutes drive wherever you want to visit. Most amazing sunset ever! "This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. "We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach.
