"Das Objekt ist sehr zauberhaft, aber es steht am falschen Ort. Unterhalb verläuft die Hauptstraße und die Bahnlinie. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden."

"Très jolie location sur une colline verdoyante et magnifique. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location."

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Umgeben von Wald und mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn in der anderen Haushälfte. "It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. "Excellent position. A few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a big free parking and a play ground for children. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. The structure has various apartments of different dimensions, including a studio flat therefore it is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and singles. Absolutely recommended."
