"Very large comfortable room with big window and a four poster bed. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. Very comfortable and attractive dining area. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. "

"Hotel is clean, modern and furbished to a high standard, with staff who are attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good - just missing a bowl of fresh fruit salad. The only quibble is that the bedroom walls are paper-thin and I had the misfortune to be next door to a guest who watched the TV until 3am which gave me a disturbed night’s sleep. The management did apologise but, ultimately, the issue was largely beyond their control other than they could display signs in bedrooms requesting...

"Comfortable stay but hotel looking a bit tired and needing a refurbishment. No power shower 😫 infact pretty useless. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment there. Good location next to Cabin tram stop which takes you to North Station, new line. Swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool nice and warm but only 3ft deep! Staff polite and friendly. Need to leave a deposit on check-in for damages £50 per night 🌙 refundable after check out. "

"Booked a family suit only to be told on arriving that no pets are allowed in the suits. We was then offered a lower ground double room for pets with no refund as i was told the rooms are the same price. I doubt this very much. Anyway we had to stay and the place is nice, drinks are reasonable. "
