"Hotel was good and the spa is 2nd to none, however the fish and chips in the restaurant is possibly the worst ive ever had. I would stay again but i would eat somewhere else."

"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "

"Fabulous hotel in central location. Friendly & helpful staff. We got an upgrade to a suite which was great, lovely quiet room. The only thing I would change would be the pillows, go really flat under your head. "
