"Everything went well for our survey crew staying at this VRBO."

"We enjoyed our stay at Latitude 40. We were comfortable and close (less than 1 mile) to our venue. There were a number of choices for a place to eat, as well as a nearby grocery store. There were good kitchen facilities and adequate cooking supplies. The host had provided coffee and tea choices and 2 different coffee machines (including a Keurig for both coffee and tea). And the host provided a basket with a good selection of snacks. We would consider a return visit."

The house is beautiful and in a great location, and the hosts (+ Dana) were very easy to communicate with. Almanor is a special place to us and our families and we definitely hope to stay here again! 10/10!!"

"We had the best family trip here. The house was great and location right on the lake. They had a private beach and a lot of water toys for all ages. We were able to rent a pontoon boat a couple of miles away for one day. Great outdoor deck with a grill, fire pit and table. We highly recommend it - we had our whole family of 12 there!"
