Only negatives would be the main heater in the living room makes a ton of noise when it shuts off, and as others have stated, no electrical outlet in the bathroom. "We absolutely loved this home that was perfect for our visit with extended family in Susanville. It was in a beautiful and peaceful setting but only 5 minutes from town. The house was plenty spacious enough for the number of people it slept; there were a lot of different spaces to be in. It was clean but not so new and fancy that it was intimidating, so we felt comfortable there. The beds were comfortable. "The local scenery is very nice. Unfortunately, the town of Greenville was destroyed by the 2021 fire and they are in the rebuilding stage. The rental unit is the downstairs half of a duplex and is neat and compact with a kitchen. The sound insulation is not great and you will hear some noise from activity above. "
