Quiet, Cozy, Best Location in GVL!

When you stay with us you’ll enjoy a relaxing and inviting atmosphere with comfortable furniture and bedding inside a crisp, clean environment with all the essentials. Theres a queen bed that sleeps two and if you have children or other guests staying with you, there’s a fold-out twin bed as well as a sofa long enough to sleep on. You’ve got a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath with shower, and even your own washer and dryer! There’s a dedicated parking spot for you in the driveway and you have your own private entrance to your cozy abode of tranquility. You’ve got wifi to keep you connected and two TVs to stream all of your favorites. Right outside your door is a patio with chairs and a gas fire pit where you can enjoy a view of the yard and the sunset while sipping on a glass of wine, bourbon, or your favorite beverage. This unit is located just minutes from everything Greenville and the surrounding areas have to offer. Two minutes from I-385 which takes you into downtown GVL in less than 10 minutes, or to Simpsonville and Fountain Inn in just 10-15. You’re only 10 minutes from GSP airport and easy access to Spartanburg, Greer, Easley and Anderson. There are loads of things to do in this area, the weather is great, and you’ll love staying here where you are surrounded by places to get food, drink, shopping and sightseeing!

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is a private apartment adjacent to the main house. You will not have access to the main house. You will NOT be sharing any rooms of the apartment with anyone else and no one else will enter the apartment during your stay. You have your own private entrance to the unit and will not need to go through the main house. There are a few steps and you will need to walk across grass to get to/from the entrance of the unit. Mean Host With a Mean Girlfriend staying upstairs
I arrived at 1AM, so the host granted my extension request for one more day. So I paid for two full days despite just sleeping there. Upon arrival I got many warnings from the neighbor “that family is evil”. I ignored in defense of my host. Upon waking up the next day, the behavior of the Host and a random woman he has living with him showed me it was indeed true - evil behavior. The entire time I was there, the host clearly has too bad of mental health to be a host for any property. His girlfriend and him continuously yelled at me to leave as the room is directly connected to the house -it’s not private. It was a very uncomfortable stay and I don’t think this property should legally be rented nor do I think they have a permit to be renting. Horrendous stay in which I was scared of both the host and his girlfriend. That’s not how you conduct business. I hope to see a refund though they may need the money more than me - I paid fair and square for a private property. Instead I heard them talking of drugs and berating me. Last straw was the man calling my dog ugly as we left. The neighbors are concerned about the host, and so am I.

Greenville
Great except had to walk through tall grass to get to the entrance. No path or sidewalk, and grass had not been mowed. Clean, and a great location.
