"Had to switch rooms 3 times - the television apps weren’t cooperating, the temperature controls were a little weak, and the last room’s fridge did not work/had a rancid smell. Otherwise, the rooms and other amenities were very clean and great. This hotel’s saving grace is the absolutely delightful staff who were incredibly helpful and kind every time I had an issue! They worked to rectify everything within ten minutes each time we had an issue. "
