It was so convenient to the areas we wanted to visit during our time in Johnson City. There is a rail line nearby so would suggest earplugs to ensure a good night sleep. Trains did not run very often. "

"A perfect getaway! We were in town for a wedding, and were so glad we chose this cottage over a hotel. The views of the water and the sun setting were the icing on the cake. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of dishes if you want to whip up a gourmet meal. I wish we had time to use the dock and campfire area, but will for sure next time we are out there. "We came to Mars Hill to snowboard at Hatley Pointe. The house was perfect for our family. The bunk room is perfect for kids and away from the master bedroom. This was great because they could stay up and not disturb us. The house was clean and had lots of towels. We were able to watch movies at night in the cozy living room on the big couch.
