"I came down to surprise my best friend for her birthday bc she goes to school down here it was a very easy check and didn’t have to do much before we left the host is very accommodating and check on us after our first night it’s a very nice and clean place. It also kept us entertained there are games and a Wii you can use but over all had a great time and would dusty here again "

"Place was great, easy check in. Knocked off one star because you do get a lot of noise from upstairs (eg. someone playing guitar and singing at 10:30pm and footsteps during the morining) Otherwise perfect place."

"This little gem was perfect for my sister and I. You can see the owners were very intentional in their design and functionality of this home. The location is quiet in the country, and the trains that pass by add to the excitement of seeing and hearing them. The owners made the entire process of staying there easy, and were available should any needs arise. Each bedroom had their own bathroom which made our stay there feel like a 5 star hotel. Already looking forward to another visit!"

"This space is located directly above the Appalachian Trail and the trail passes through the trail. If you are a hiker of the AT, this is a perfect location.The town of Hot Springs continues to recover from the devastating floods caused by Hurricane Helene."

"We had a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck overlooking the creek just watching and listening to the water. We also loved that we were in walking distance to everything in town so we hardly drove at all once we got the Boat House. "
