The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. "The property was an electrical hazard. It was not clean and we had no hot water due to a leaking tap. We were made aware of the leak an hour before we booked in and they said it would be fixed the next day. What they did not tell us was that we would have no hot water and the leak was so bad that we had to use towels to stop the bathroom floor flooding. We moved out after one night. The place was terrible."

"The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. "

"Not stating the truth on their booking site. Driver does not operate airport as mentioned. Nightshift receiption Guard leaves a late arrival exposed to dangers of the thiefs walking around. I had opened a criminal case and is awaiting this false pretences of services to be handles by a criminal court. Plus when l arrive on this booking "my booking was cancelles without any notice and again the same business and now other employes try to coverup the crime of the case l made and police said...

"My family of three had a great stay at Avatara. Our bed was large and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and all staff were kind and great with our toddler. The airport transfer Avatara arranged for us was easy and the driver was so wonderful. Additionally, communication with the owner before our stay was prompt, kind, and clear. This was our first trip to Cape Town and the Green Point neighborhood is safe with plenty to do and great places to eat. We recommend Avatara 100%!"
