"The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly and made our 4 night stay at the end of our holiday so memorable. "It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat. "

"The only complaint, and it was NOT the fault of the hotel - our view was spectacular, but due to it's direction never got the sun. So, felt a little cold and dark. But this is only a minor quibble.
