"I booked this space on short notice and Yali was so helpful and accommodating with my booking! She went above and beyond to help me out and ensure I felt safe, welcome, and comfortable. Her entire family is very welcoming but also respects the guests privacy. The trailer is comfortable, clean, and warm, even in the winter months. The hosts supplied everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Falling asleep to the sound of rain on the roof of the trailer was also one of my favourite parts. The property is within walking distance of Aldergrove shops and community center :) I look forward to staying here again! "

"Beds were very comfy, the top bunk was a little rickety but we had everything we needed. We enjoyed fireplace and was able to log into our own Netflix and Prime accounts. The layout of the place is very functional. Brenda was an awesome host. This was a weekend getaway for me and my kids and we had so much fun. The place was very private, cozy, and comfy."

"While the check-in process was fairly okay, almost everything else was sideways. In summary, this was a hugely untidy basement suite. The fridge, stove fan, bathroom all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. We had to wipe down the entire living, dining and kitchen area. The sofa in the living room had a broken leg on the left side so we had to sit more towards the right side. One or two of the dinning chairs was very fragile. The kitchen lacked bowls, towels, and lots more. There was only one old kitchen towel. When we brought this up we were told that there are kitchen tissues instead - clearly suggesting that there was not going to be accommodations for how differently people live. The hood was dirty and clogged, and oven trays were an eyesore. The fridge handle was wobbly and the top very dirty. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the bathroom fan was clogged and all brown (literally 😖). There were 4 of us, and provision was made only for 4 towels, one of which was torn. Although there was sufficient hand towels. The bedroom was a different story - I sincerely doubt that the bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet were washed. The bed sheet looked old and must have been in use for many years. The wool on the sheets was worn out and we had to pick out hair from it - we had to turn the sheets inside out to sleep; same with the duvet, picked out hair before we could use it. Although the rooms were fairly generous in size, the bad experience was too overwhelming."
