We had to make contact ourselves to receive check in information, but once the contact was established, we got all the info we needed. It is located near the bus stop (2 min walk) to Balloch. Walls desperately need repainting and are marred throughout, both toilet seats were broken and sliding off the commodes, the kitchen sink drain leaks making cleaning up after cooking impossible. "The property was clean and tidy. We were met on time by property manager. Central heating was easy to switch on and kept flat cosy. We turned off bedroom heater as there was no window on bedroom. We kept front windows in kitchen and living room open all week to get some air flow in flat. Lovely flat walks within 50yards of property and shops also very close."

The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Coach house!! It was prefect for our group of 9 and our dog. Mark was a great host and was in communication with us before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described, the pool table was a huge hit. The property was very well equipped and comfortable.
