"I always stay here when I fly into Norfolk late at night. The staff are always welcoming, from the shuttle bus through the front desk, down to Lauren, who runs Starbucks and serves breakfast. My only problem with my room, was that the floor was incredibly sticky, which was a bit uncomfortable; especially because I din't know the source of the stickiness."
