"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Manor! Excellent host with super hospitality! We had the two bedroom two bathroom house. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our own patio for evening braais. The pool area was also great with beautiful views down the valley."

"All good except the breakfast. It is not on site you get a voucher to go elsewhere. With the Covid I thought this was not right as we weren't informed of this beforehand. We specifically chose a place that included breakfast so that we did not have to go out in Beaufort West. We had to take a takeaway breakfast delivered to us from the place called 4 Sheep and it was disgusting and cold. If you stay there DO NOT include breakfast. "

"Absolutely beautiful stay here and we felt that the photos don’t even do it justice! The owners have thought through every single detail of this property and are so friendly and welcoming. Really safe area, off road parking and lovely cafe across the main road for food and drinks. "We stayed one night at the Oakdene Guest House and wished we had stayed for two nights. The owners, Sonia and Daniel, were very welcoming and couldn’t have done anymore for us. Sonia cooks her own bread and cakes for guests. The smell and taste of both was fantastic. There is a swimming pool at the end of the long garden which was a great spot to unwind after a long drive. We loved the welcoming sherry and biscuits, the luxurious linen and cosy fireplace, the hot tub, the beautiful view of the orchard and mountains, the friendly and efficient hostess….. all in all, a very high standard of accommodation.
