"We totally enjoyed the time we stayed in the PHhostel with the three staff we saw, very friendly, funny and very helpful when we needed anything. We only had one issue we didn’t like and that was the bathroom situation as each time we went to it, we found it to be dirty, no toilet roll or very messy. "

"Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming."

"The hotel and rooms are of a high standard and the staff is kind and helpful. Aston Uni is across the street which seems a good place for a walk. Three things to be aware of: 1. If you have perfume sensitivities, the lobby and bar are treated with a perfume which can be a problem for you. We tried to move through quickly to minimise our bodies’ reactions. 2. "A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again, given the opportunity."
