"We had an amazing mini break. The house was warm and homely with plenty of space for us and 5 kids and all the amenities we needed. The drive up the track was a bit challenging but the location was worth it, the views from the garden and windows are amazing. It was awesome starting each day watching the birds and squirrels in the garden. After long walks it was nice to sit around playing some of the many board games and checking out the impressive collection of books. The log burner was nice to...

"Steve was a fabulous host and really went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one.We arrived to the beautiful Orchard View Cottage in horrendous weather and we’re super happy to see how gorgeous Orchard View was. The cotrage has been beautifully finished and all home comforts have been catered for.We managed to get out to the local pub on NYE and had an amazing meal and a great start to 2025."

"We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"
