All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "

"The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. The hotel restaurant's food in the evening is delicious, and there are many well-known restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It is only more than an hour's drive to Lake Lugano in Switzerland, so we took a day trip to Switzerland… which is highly recommended!"

"Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. There are two elevators that are larger than some other European hotels. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom, also. The only negatives for us were the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for viewing yourself in the mirror. There is a magnifying mirror on the wall, but the light above the sink is poor. There is a hair dryer but it constantly shuts itself off after only a couple minutes. Then you have to wait until it will work again. Our refrigerator was inoperable, but we didn’t need it and reported it to the main desk. The reception staff was outstanding! They gave us so many directions and explanations and restaurant suggestions that they made our experience in Paradiso memorable. "

"Good hotel, convenient; very kind friendly staff. It is dated so we did not have hot water first night. The rooms decor is old but okay. Spacious enough. The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. Had to clip the curtain together with hair clip and spray curtain with bug spray to prevent bugs from entering. Have to close doors by dawn to stop ferry noises, or mum the public’s chit chatting voices. The piano bar is classy when someone is playing. The pool is semi warm, swimmable for sure. Short walk to town square. "
