"Finding the property was easy from the information we were provided. The lodge was warm and cozy, just what we needed with the weather being so bad. The wine cooler was excellent! Just what we needed for New Year's Eve celebrations. The beds were very comfortable."

"We were looking for a quiet and relaxing couple of days and the Shepherds hut gave us just that. It was small and very cozy. It was warm on arrival which was very welcoming. If i were to give some feedback i would say that a couple of side lamps would be helpful. Overall an excellent stay."

"Excellent stay. Remote with stunning views and the hut was of a high standard."

"What a fabulous lodge! Only booked it the day before - excellent price for 3 days. Janet was a fantastic host, the lodge lived up to the description on the website. Spacious but cosy, very well equipped lodge, amazing views, lovely outdoor seating area."

"Lodge is set in a great location on the park with great views from the outside decking. The sofa in the lodge could do with replacing as there is a smell coming from it. The listing advised a smart TV in the lodge but this was a freeview TV so no netflix , Amazon TV etc. Overall we had a great stay and would return but would be nice to have a upto date TV & new sofa."

"Lovely log cabin, very festive with xmas tree and outdoor lights. Great welcome pack with bottle of mulled wine, mince pies, milk and tea and coffee. Will definitely be booking once again."
