"Friendly staff, older style rooms (loved the character), and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars uptown. Only suggestion would be to have coffee in common area available for guests. Never been a fan of using coffee pots in rooms, for many reasons. Will stay here again. "

Everything depended on you calling a phone number, and I have no idea who I was talking to. The site manager did give me her personal number, but I wasn’t sure where she was. "We loved our stay at the Fort Conde Inn. The staff was so helpful and kind, the property was beautiful and the room was perfect for our stay. Please keep in mind that 1) this is a historic home, it is not new, but it's still beautiful and personally i love the architecture of times past far more than the modern we have now. 2) It is in Downtown Mobile. "We had a lovely time in the space. They had a nice kitchen and plenty of space. However, the heated pool is not quite accurate. While there is a heater, the pool is not insulated nor is the heater strong enough to increase the temps if it is cold out. This was a disappointment for our group who chose this location for this purpose. Additionally, we found that the back doors were difficult to lock."
