"Great property with everything you need for a relaxing lake visit!!! Very clean and well maintained. Pretty view from the house and deck. Great calm location on PK. We will definitely be back. I didn’t read the fine print about the boat ramp and dock being shared with other rental property. Luckily, guests were very nice. Boat ramp can be a "booger" especially if you have a 22’ boat or larger. You will need to back around a very tight corner and down a long narrow drive."

"We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....
