"Great customer service. Very friendly staff. However called them to book directly with the hotel to get a better price, was quoted higher. They did agree to price match but not reduced price which is strange, coukd have saved themselves travel agents fee."

"The service we received was very good. From the start at the front desk to when we left. My only suggestion would be to have bigger sized bathrobes for men. Unfortunately, the last two days out of the three days we were there, the steam room was not working, so was quite looking forward to using it. But these things happen. Maybe in the weights area suggesting heavier weight than 37.5kg maybe up to 50kg as per normal gyms. "

"Amazing hotel in a great location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was lovely - comfortable bed, nice little extras and an outdoor seating area. Happy hour was a bonus and everything was in short walking distance (including the train station). Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. "
