"We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. "I really liked the bedrooms and the size of the property for 9 of us was perfect... The location and driveway were so convenient, litterally across the road from all the amenities. The property isn't perfect.... The bathroom and downstairs showeroom are very poorly finished and as a consequence have exposed wall, sub flooring and chipboard. There is also a substantial problem with mold in the showroom as there is no extractor (though weirdly a hole has been cut in the tiles to accommodate...
