"The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to all things downtown St Charles. This loft was adorable! Very clean and cozy. We loved it! The only downfall was the parking out back and loud folks partying/arguing in the middle of the night in the alley nearby. But it was a Saturday night and if we hadn’t had to be up early the next day, we would have still been awake!"

"Thing that makes us a nine out of 10 for us is a couch horrible. It was so uncomfortable. I couldn’t even sit on it. "The overall vibe struck me as a college town apartment: the building was fine, but finishes were underwhelming. The unit itself was a little small, but workable. We had a scenario where the heater seemed to be acting up; the room actually got warmer after we shut the heat off. It was a pleasant enough stay, and served the purpose we had come for: visiting our adult children. It was a bit of a walk to get to the historic district."
