After talking with an employee, apparently this happens on a regular basis - to the point the fire department didn't even send a fire truck. How can you keep this from happening?"

"Our stay was wonderful from check-in to checkout. The only small issue we experienced was that there was some dust in certain areas of the room (e.g when opening the connecting doors, dust fell off the top of the door). Beds/pillows were comfortable, shower was amazing & felt like a water softener is used. Food at the restaurant waa great! "

"This hotel was great. I came here because I was attending a music concert. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. Breakfast was great. The food was properly heated and well organized. The fitness room and the pool made the trip all the more enjoyable. If I were to take a trip back, I’d definitely come back to this hotel. "
