"We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Club. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The facilty was safe and clean. It was not overcrowded. The facilty while clean and neat, our room was starting to show its age. There was nothing wrong with it but just a litte outdated. Overall, we had a very nice vacation at the Ocean Club. "

"Had a great time at the RWI. Nice quiet place. My daughter was critical and wished they had better soap/shampoo/conditioner though. It took all the fun out of getting extra soaps and bringing them home though. I'd highly recommend RWI. We really like the free lounger and umbrella on the beach. A lot of resorts sock it to you by charging a ton of money for beach necessities but here at RWI they were free. Great job RWI. Fifi at the restaurant was a great surver. "

"Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. The entire place is beautiful and well cared for. The restaurant was good and the staff there was excellent. We would stay here again, but there are 2 things that jumped out to us that needed attention. 1) For the number of guests at this resort there are very few chairs around the pool. Most of the space is gardens, which is beautiful, but guest left the area angry ever day due to not being able to find a chair at the pool particularly when it was very windy at the beach. 2) The tennis racquets and balls they say they have for the guests are in terrible shape. The balls are mostly entirely dead and the grips on the racquets are disgusting as they seem to wind electrical tape on instead of actual tennis grips. We left our tennis stuff at home since the website said it was available for our use on site but that was very disappointing. The Pickleball equipment was better and more appropriate for playing than the tennis equipment. "

"Although not walkable to many restaurants or shops the hotel was amazing!!! Our room was phenomenal! Staff were kind. Our kids ages 10, 12, 15 and 17 all loved it. The water sport activities on-sight and snorkeling were 10/10!!!"
