"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"It was just ok. Reserved a king and was given a room with 2 queens. Switched to a king that had some minor issues. Blackout curtain on one side would not close, bathroom door was off track but i fixed. Ordered food and it was not good. Front desk personal was pleasant and apologetic for the minor hiccups. "

"Shower was a death trap, extremely slippery before even using soap! Lack of non-slip shower mat or an elevated toilet seat. I have two bad knees."
