"The front desk certainly goes out of their way to accomodate you into a room that is comfortable. Initially, we walked into a room where the smoke alarm was making a chirping noise ever few minutes. The front desk more than happily assigned us to an alternate room. From there, the only issue that really existed was that it looked like the tub in the bathroom had a stain impregnated within the fiberglass of it. "You won’t find a better property in chimney rock. They did a great job with the updates to the grounds and the rooms. The “backyard” is amazing. The only negative to come by is the $50 charge to check in early. $50 for a couple hours? If the room is ready, let the guests in! I know it’s policy and I get it. Lots of hotels try it, just pet peeve of mine when traveling. Again though, just an amazing spot!"
