"The room was nicely decorated for the ambience, however, the sinks, sink counters and shower mixing valves were old. Those need to be renovated. The mini bar are also needed to be updated, the mini dorm refrigerator should be incorporated into the case work to be more appealing to the eye.!"

"Right off the bat they had an issue with a customer in front of us. They handled it professionally and quickly. We were impressed. Our hotel room was clean but an envelope to tip the maid was out. I really don't like those! The breakfast attendant was exceptional! Everyone was very kind and helpful."
