"The staff here was very nice - excellent. But when we checked in and put our suitcases in our room, within 5 minutes, a tow truck had booted our car. We had just arrived and hadn't yet put our parking tag on our car. It seemed VERY aggressive. We stopped him in time, but if we hadn't, this wouldv'e been horrible. The property is near the Market Square and that's adorable - great food and shops - a must see. We walked to the. River Walk - about 15 minutes - an easy walk. All around good....

"The only thing good about this hotel was that it was close to the Air Force Base, which is what we were there for. The homeless around there fortunately were very friendly but a lot. No ice, phone broke and no phone in one of the rooms, both rooms Missing hairdryers, which they did bring to us."
