"This house was wonderful! Clean, easy to find on GPS, even in the dark when we arrived and a very quiet location. The view was beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard and across the lake. We utilized the fire pit on a cool night and enjoyed s’mores with our family. The small touches were thoughtful-mini bottles of shampoo & conditioner, mini bars of soap, coffee available for the coffee maker. Beds were comfortable as well. If we’re ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had 4 adults and on 4-year old. The house and bedrooms were perfect for our group. It gave us a good base for 3 days in the area - first time on Schoodic Peninsula. Short drive to Bar Harbor for more sights, shopping and eating. Pretty crowded, but manageable. We would do it again! "

"The view was my favorite part! I would love to stay in the summer when I can sit on either porch or the upper deck and watch the sunrise/set and how the colors on the bay change throughout the day. It is a beautifully maintained home—nicely appointed and decorated. The king mattress is very comfortable! Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The water pressure is amazing.
