"Very friendly and accommodating, great location, good food. There is always music in the bar, sometimes live but we heard no noise in our room, it was very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and characterful BnB, in a great location an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Warm and friendly customer service. Comfy beds, great bath tub, supermarket just a few houses up the road. We were only disappointed there was no breakfast service during our stay as the previous breakfast reviews were fab! I think as they were doing some minor works/painting the dining room so it was closed- hopefully next trip we can try the...

"I have stayed at both the cottage and main house before. Minor issue with wifi this time but that was quickly rectified. The unseasonably cold weather during the first few days of our stay made the cottage very chilly until heat was turned on but that's Irish weather. Once weather returned to seasonal norms, there was no further problem. Very comfortable for two people but would be a stretch for any more. Excellent value."

"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. "The hotel was clean and charming with very accommodating staff and really good food. The room was spacious and we had everything we need. A working window is sometimes helpful when you get too warm. This hotel is in a great location for walking to many sites and transportation to and from is easy. "

"My husband and I are on a road trip in Ireland and stayed at this hotel. We arrived a little earlier than expected and were able to check in about a hour and a half early as our room was ready which was wonderful. The room was very clean and they tidied it up daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town of Killarney. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and it was very good. They had a refillable water station at the entry of the hotel which was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning a stay in Killarney! "
