The hotel staff is very helpful and accomodating for all our needs, whether we needed a place to store our perishable food (no refrigerators in room) or if we needed a safe place to store our luggage after checkout. "The staff at this small hotel were really friendly, the hotel overall was very nice, but could do with a deep clean of the bathrooms. The location to the main shops was excellent, however the area between the hotel and Las Ramblas was not pleasant and felt unsafe. There were a number of groups of men hanging around day and night in the square outside. This is by no means anything to do with the hotel itself and sadly appeared to be a recurring theme in Barcelona."
