"The lodge was very well equipped with kitchen items. Only thing that will let it down. Could’ve done with the bit of a clean, dust specially, when you have asthma, and the dust doesn’t help.But very quiet location and lovely."

"Initial impressions weren’t good-outside the caravan was scruffy with an old dog lead lying around and uncut grass around the door. However the caravan itself was clean and very comfortable. There was a smell of gas outside as well from the canisters but we contacted the owner who very promptly got someone to sort the problem. The caravan also needs a plug in the kitchen sink and a new light in the shower room. Overall I would say the caravan is comfy but needs some TLC."

"We had a great week, the house has masses going for it, the view is great, it’s really convenient to pop into Ambleside but far enough away so it’s quiet. The beds are comfy, the house is warm and inviting, it has pretty much everything you need to be a home away from home. Thankyou "
