Rooms both very good size and clean with excellent amenities apart from poor hair dryer and slamming 3 fire doors below my room, which is the entrance to the building so can not be stopped. Location great - very close to train station and lake front. Great value hotel all in all. Breakfast not so good. We were told it was 8-10, arrived at 8.05 to find the door...
