If you have ever considered getting your own lake place then stay here to test the waters (no pun intended) - Very nice and comfortable house with a great view and water access. "Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds...

"This was a very cute place and very secluded. We were there for a wedding so didn't have free time to venture around much. Advise you to get there in the daylight as it is very dark driving on the road to the house. We would definitely stay here again."

"This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair...

"Visited for UTA/Tarleton baseball series- this was a convenient location and far more reasonable than the local hotels! Super clean, provided coffee and creamer, the build out was wonderful- AC worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Fun experience! "
